Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)
Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) was identified as one of the first tasks to be undertaken by PHINE. The project originally aimed to reduce duplication of effort and increase consistency across the region by creating a minimum dataset that all Primary Care Trusts and Local Authorities could draw local data from to inform their Joint Strategic Needs Assessments.
Following the creation of a JSNA dataset by the Association of Public Health Observatories, this group now aims to share good practice and review what can be done collectively to improve the JSNA process in the North East.
Anyone who would like to get involved in PHINEâEUR(TM)s JSNA work is invited to join a this group.
