PHINE has created the Breastfeeding and Weaning online working group to facilitate collaborative working on the range of issues of breastfeeding and weaning for the North East.

Our aim is to establish an interactive web based resource to show current data and recent trends for breastfeeding and weaning. We wish to develop the resources section of the group to list useful links, articles and pieces of work which will be of interest to those involved in work surrounding the issues within the Breastfeeding and Weaning group. We would like to scope out what work has already been done in the region and what work is currently being planned. The discussion area of the group allows members to share the work they are undertaking and to encourage collaborative working.

Please join this group to register your interest in these issues be it from a research or practitioner perspective. We have created this group to allow those working around the issues of breastfeeding and weaning to share work, best practice and resources. Please post your resources in the resource section and use the site to promote your activities.
