We are holding a regional workshop to give us all an opportunity to share and learn in the following areas:

• Identifying, scoping and preparing for RPIWs • Getting to grips with the role and responsibilities of sponsors and workshop leaders • Project boundaries • Planning and setting targets • Relevant data collection

This will be an opportunity to use some techniques to identify common issues and generate possible solutions together.
