About the North East Transformation System (“NETS”)

"The North East Transformation System (NETS) is the branding of our regional model and approach for leading continuous quality improvement towards the realisation of our NHS North East vision. The model demonstrates that developing a vision is not sufficient and that it must be complemented in equal measure with a compact (that aligns culture and behaviour) and a consistent method for management and improvement; strong leadership and full involvement are the key enablers to this approach."
